Ginko, a 'Muhsi-shi', who is a traveler, in search of more information about the Mushi, in this process he lends a helping hand to those who have been affected by the Mushi.

Review

I found this anime among others, when I found this anime, I though it would be full of action, because of the picture, but I was wrong. This anime is totally the opposite anime. This anime takes place in a feudal Japan era. Ginko, who is a Mushi-shi, travels all about learning about Mushi, and helping people who are in need. Mushi-shi are Mushi doctors, if a doctor can't figure anything out, and then they call for a Mushi-shi. Mushi, can be creatures like flies, they are just there. There are some Mushi which are very dangerous, and some that are just plain weird.

The animation in the show is incredible, because it isn't like any other anime. The backgrounds are amazing, and the characters look realistic compared to other animes. The only bad thing is all the dudes, look like each other. The Mushi, look very cool, and the magical unexplainable parts look incredible too.

The main character's name is Ginko. Well that isn't his real name-you'll have to watch to find out. Ginko is a Mushi-shi, he travels and helps people. Ginko tends to be very serious; actually he is usually very serious. There are very few times during the show when he comedic, I guess the word is.

The story...well, this show isn't a continuing plot line or anything. The plot changes each episode mainly because Ginko travels. There were actually a few instances where Ginko met people, and then left once, episode, and then came back another episode. But each episode is good within itself. Supposedly the last 6 episodes are one big arc, but I'm not for certain as I have only seen through episode 21.

Conclusion

The show is awesome, extremely well thought-out through each episode. But to watch this show you have to be in a certain mood to watch weird mysterious things.

Definitely sounds different and interesting. Is the pacing kind of slow? Seems like it might be.

Thanks for the review (and the wallpapers)!

Yes, I would say so, it's pretty mind-boggeling.
